Custom Order Process for Lash Private Label with Your Logo

  • 1. Email Your Requirements:

    * Specify the types of lashes you need, including collection, thickness, curl, and length, along with the quantity for each length.


    * Provide images of your label, logo, background, slogan, website, or any other content you'd like on your label.


    * State your preferred box color. Plastic boxes are free, cardboard boxes need extra cost.

    * Share screenshots of other brands' label designs you like for reference (if applicable).

    * If you prefer a no-logo label, specify the desired color.*

  • 2. Drafting the Invoice:

    * After gathering all the necessary information, we'll create an invoice with detailed product listings, prices, and mock-up images.

    * This will be email to you for review.

  • 3. Review and Adjust:

    * Review the invoice and request any changes to the label design, sizes, quantities, etc.

    * We'll revise the invoice as needed.

  • 4. Final Confirmation and Payment:

    * Confirm the final invoice and proceed with payment.

    * Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Zelle, Bank Wire, and Cards.

  • 5. Production and Shipping:

    * Production will commence based on the details in the invoice. The lead time is approximately one month, but may be longer due to quarantine or holidays.

    * Once production is complete, products will be shipped to you. An international shipping duration is around 10 days. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.

    * An Packing list is included inside the box. Please verify the items upon receipt. We also keep videos or photos of the shipment to prevent discrepancies.

Requirements for Placing a Lash Custom Order

* You have already used our products and like them.
* The minimum lash private label order quantity is 100 trays.
* You have a specific delivery address, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 
* The name on the payment must match the name on the delivery address.
* We typically ship via FedEx or UPS, so a phone number and email address must be provided to allow the shipping company to contact you if necessary.
* We ship worldwide.

Lash Private Label Price Breakdown.

Cost for private label lashes includes three main components: the lashes, lash label printing fee, and international shipping fee.

1. Lashes:
The price for lashes will be significantly lower than the retail price listed on our website. 

Different collection may be different price. More quantity better price.
Plastic boxes are free. Cardboard boxes require an additional cost.

2. Label Printing:
We can print any kind of label stickers according to your design.
The cost is usually around $80 for 3,000 pieces of labels.


For example, if your first order is 200 trays of lashes, you will have 2,800 labels left. We will save the remaining labels for your subsequent orders, so you won't need to pay again unless you want to print new design labels.
If you use our no-logo labels, there is no printing fee.


3. International Shipping:
Air Shipping: Takes around one week. The fee depends on the quantity and weight, roughly around $0.50 per tray.
Sea Shipping: Takes around 45 days. For a minimum of 1,500 trays, the fee is roughly around $0.25 per tray.
Shipping prices frequently fluctuate, so please refer to the invoice for the most accurate pricing.
